Shipping & Delivery

 

All in stock items will arrive at the designated shipping address within 7-10 days after order receipt. 

Backordered items can take up to 14 days to ship.   All orders are sent by USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority or First Class with delivery confirmation.

We charge a flat rate of $5.00 for all orders under $100. All orders over $100 dollars receive free shipping. We also offer Express Mail shipping for an additional fee of $14.95.

We currently ship throughout the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom.  

Privacy & Security

Deeply Rooted Apparel values your right to privacy. We do not rent, share, lease or sell your information to anyone.

Returns

We gladly accept returns within 14 days of receipt of your merchandise, with a furnished copy of the electronic receipt/packing slip. All products must be in an unused state with original packaging. Once the items have been received, we will issue the refund, less any shipping costs.  Returns are issued in the form of a store credit.

PLEASE NOTE:  Purchases of ALL SALE ITEMS are FINAL.

We inspect all items and reserve the right to deny a refund or refuse full refund based on the returned condition.

Ordering, Payments & Pricing

We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover and PayPal transactions.  We use Authorize.net as our Gateway and each of your transactions is safe and secure.

All of our advertised prices are calculated at checkout. Store credits will be issued as coupons that may be entered at checkout in the designated field on the shopping cart before the order is submitted. This will deduct the full amount of the store credit or discount from the total order. If the store credit is more than the total purchase amount we will issue a new coupon for the remaining balance available to use for future purchase.

Sizing

Deeply Rooted Apparel tees and tops typically run smaller than your normal size. We use the term, “typically” because not everyone is shaped the same. Some have smaller busts, some with more “love” in the abdomen area, etc.  Not all tees are cut the same. Please note any special wording which may be added to the page for better size assessment. The general size chart for women’s tees is as follows:

Small:  0-2
Medium:  4-6
Large: 8-10
X-large: 12-14
2X-Large: 16-20

Deeply Rooted men’s tees typically run true to size and come in M, L, XL, 2XL only.

Sales Tax

All orders shipping to California are required to pay sales tax at the current rate of 9.25%. The tax rates for all other states will apply accordingly.
